This first-of-its-kind program is designed for cities with more than 100,000 residents that demonstrate a clear commitment and desire to deliver transformative cycling infrastructure improvements. Ten selected cities will receive awards ranging from $400,000 to $1 million USD, along with technical assistance from GDCI, who will support project implementations and train city leaders on cycling infrastructure design, data collection, community engagement, and other global best practices.
